Users range from first-time job seekers to HR professionals. Complex competency data had to stay legible for people with low digital literacy.

I led usability testing and rebuilt the flows around plain language, progressive disclosure and clear progress states. Every form pattern was standardized into a reusable library.

Restructured journeys that cut task completion time for citizen-facing services and a UI kit reused across İŞKUR platforms.
